Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their happy forward-thinking friendly team!
We are looking for a vehicle technician who is efficient and an all rounder in their experience, being able to carry out both servicing and diagnostic repairs

A large part of the Vehicle Technician position involves:

·As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for all types of jobs such as repair, service and maintenance, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
·Duties will be split between Diagnostics and servicing cars, with the ability to qualify, diagnose and find a solution for all car issues.
·Understating of electrical and warranty issues and how to resolve them.
·Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
·Ability to work multiple diagnostic programs.
·Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
·Capable of providing a clear hand-written description of the work carried out.
·Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
·Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Qualifications and must haves for the Mechanic / Vehicle Technician:

·Great attitude and be a team player.
·Level 2 / 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification)
·Main dealership experience essential
