Vehicle Technician
Salary: Up to £24,000pa plus OTE up to £28,000pa
Location: Cirencester

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician within the automotive trade looking for an exciting new challenge?

We have a brand new opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our high demand, popular brand Dealership.

Our client is looking for a Level 3 technician who can be flexible within their work approach. Ideally you will come from a dealership background with strong diagnostics knowledge behind you. If you are able to be pick up the role quickly, work well within a growing team and work to high standards at all times then this position is for you!

General Duties for Vehicle Technician:

·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification).
·Valid MOT LicenceGreat attitude and be a team player.
·Main Dealership / Large independent experience
·Valid MOT Licence (preferred but not essential)
·Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs
