Vehicle Technician
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 + OTE £25,000
Based in: Liverpool

Are you an experienced Level 3 Diagnostic Technician looking to work with one of the UKs leading brands?

Our client is looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join their expanding business!

You will expected to have a mature attitude and flexible with work load, covering all aspects of servicing and maintaining vehicles. In return you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to have longevity in your career!

A large part of the Vehicle Technician position involves:

·As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for all types of jobs such as repair, service and maintenance, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
·Duties will be split between Diagnostics and servicing cars.
·Full understating of electrical and warranty issues and how to resolve them.
·Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
·Ability to work multiple diagnostic programs.
·Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
·Capable of providing a clear hand-written description of the work carried out.
·Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
·Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Qualifications for Vehicle Technician role:

·Great attitude and be a team player.
·Dealership / Large independent experience
·Experience with diagnostic repair is essential
·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification).
·Preferably with MOT
