Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £24,000pa plus Uncapped Bonus (average of £39,000pa)
Location: Coventry

We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our very popular, high demand brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership specialise in the services they offer. The Customer always comes first from the moment they arrive at the dealership, till even after they have left. One of the longest standing brands within the UK, they serve knowledge and professional services to their customer, but more importantly their staff.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a Level 3 Vehicle Technician. An MOT License is an advantage but not essential. The ideal candidate will be keen to learn and get stuck into any job, be methodical in the way they work, and be very bonus driven.

Vehicle Technician General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Vehicle Technician Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·MOT License - advantage
·Keen to learn
·Keen to get stuck into any job
