Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £30,000pa plus Bonus/OTE up to £33,000pa
Location: Cornwall

We have an amazing opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician looking to join our large, popular branded Dealership.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Level 3 Vehicle Technician. The ideal candidate will have their MOT License or be happy to attending funded training to achieve this certification. Experience from a Franchised Dealership is preferred, but consideration to those dedicated to work within the environment will be considered. Lots of training is offering to become a branded Technician and then a branded Master Technician.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, show attention to detail and always work well within high pressured environments. You will be placed within a large team so it is vital that you gel with your team members and get your hands stuck in.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
