Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £24,000pa plus Bonus/OTE up to £26,4000pa
Location: Shrewsbury

We have an amazing opportunity available for a Vehicle Technician looking to get into a popular franchise Dealership.

The ideal candidate will need to be Level 3 Qualified. An MOT License and Dealership experience are an advantage but not necessary for this role. Your main duty will be preparation for Vehicles before they go out onto the forecourt for Sale but you will be maintaining other duties. They are looking for someone who can work well within given time frames, always produces high standards of work and is always looking to get the job done first time.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·MOT License - advantage
·Dealership Experience - advantage
·Methodical
