Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £21,000pa plus Bonus/OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Bristol

We have a great opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician who is looking to get into a large Dealership, under a large brand and develop. If you are recently qualified, looking to join a Dealership, or are from a small independent garage, this role will still be suitable for you.

This role is perfect for someone who has their qualifications but wants to learn more background knowledge, more technical knowledge and grow further into their career. This opportunity offers a lot of training and future earnings of up to £30,000pa. You will be working with a very popular, high demand brand so it is essential that you are focused and driven to always offer the best service.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
