MECHANIC

Mechanic required for an independent garage in St Albans

Basic Salary: £30,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

The job the requires you to have a Level 3 Qualification as a Mechanic. You will be obligated to work in ranges from servicing a vehicle to general vehicle repair. You must be able to work within a dealership environment as part of a small, active team, with good technical skills and a calm working head.

The right candidate for the role will be a hands-on and reliable Mechanic with attention to detail in all their work.

Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician:

·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·At least 3 years technician experience in the automotive industry
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction
·Have skills in many areas – general services, basic diagnostics etc
·Good attitude and a time-conscious individual
·Valid MOT Licence (preferred but not essential)
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
