VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester required for a main dealership based in Grays

Basic Salary: £28,000pa to £30,000pa plus BONUS/OTE: £38,000 to £40,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm / Saturdays (1 in 3) 8am - 4pm

·Are you looking for a role where you will be working only 1 in 3 Saturdays?

We are looking for a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester who can be varied in their role as duties will include general vehicle service, repair work and MOT testing, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records. You will need to have a flexible approach as there will be some Vehicle Technician work needed when MOT Testing is quiet. Our client is seeking someone with a confident attitude and open to heavy workloads.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role:

·Level 2 - 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair
·Main Dealership / Large independent experience
·Valid MOT Licence (Not essential)
·Ability to work as part of a team
·A genuine commitment to delivering first-class customer service
