Used Trailer Sales Manager
£30k - £40k (DOE)
(BONUS: Up to 10% of profit margin achieved in any month)

Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 (hours may vary)
My client is a large independent commercial vehicle maintenance provider in the North West for all makes and types of commercial vehicles and LCVs.
The role of the Truck and Trailer refurbishment supplier: is to drive and develop the Used Trailer business in line with the strategic, financial and operational objectives of the business.
·Customer Focus - Dedicated to building and maintaining effective customer relationships, internal and external through gaining their trust and respect in order to satisfy their expectations.
·Negotiation - The ability to gain the trust of other parties, to negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups without damaging relationships, having a good sense of timing.
·Time Management - Ability to utilise time effectively and efficiently, through focusing on the more important priority tasks enabling a broader range of activities to be covered in less time than others.
·Managing through Systems - The ability to make things work through others without being there.
·Business Acumen – Is aware of the competition, understanding how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.

Job Description for the Used Trailer Sales Manager
·Deliver the used trailer sales results in line with the business plan
·Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
·Deliver customer satisfaction within area of responsibility
·Handle customer complaints and issues
·Maintain the existing stock list, keeping stocking days to a minimum
·Control costs and expenses
·Follow up on KPIs and where necessary take corrective actions
·Ensure correct standards are in place and maintained
Experience required for the Used Trailer Sales Manager:
·Knowledge and experience of the Used Trucks market or Trucks sales market
·Knowledge of Used Truck structure, systems & processes.
