TYRE FITTER (Long Term Contract Role)

Tyre Fitter required for our automotive client in Tilbury

Hourly Rate - £10.97 Umbrella/LTD

The right candidate for the role will be an experienced proactive, consistent and efficient Tyre Fitter with an attention to detail in all their work and aspirations to train higher within the trade.

A Level 2/3 Qualification as a Vehicle Technician if preferred. You will be obligated to work in ranges from servicing a vehicle to general vehicle repair. You must be able to work within a dealership environment as part of an active and busy team, with good technical skills and fitting tyres. The Tyre Fitter will be confident, target driven and work well under pressure, fitting in with the existing close-knit team. Applicants welcome from an independent or dealership background, tyre experience is preferable particularly 4 wheel alignment. The Tyre Fitter will be responsible for organising the Workshop, maintaining cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service on a face to face basis.

Skills and Qualifications of a Tyre Fitter

·At least 2 years technician experience in the automotive industry
·Level 3 or 2 Qualification as a Vehicle Technician preferred
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction
·Have skills in many areas – general services, basic diagnostics etc
·Good attitude and a time-conscious individual
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
