Major Truck manufacturer

This award winning manufacturer of high end commercial vehicles need to identify a professional and highly experienced Service Manager to run a successful operation in Manchester

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principle,
in charge of 2 Workshop Supervisor's
8 HGV Technicians and 2 Service Administrators

The successful candidate for the Service Manager role will work within a process driven framework and will have the man management ability to motivate and lead the team at site.
Working to a range of KPIs, candidates will have experience in a similar role but will be looking for a new challenge. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Technical knowledge
Attention to detail
Ability to multi task
Problem solving
Organisational and administration skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with all internal staff and customers

The annual salary for this role is Basic of 35k with looking to achieve with OTE 42k
