Our client is seeking a Transport Administrator / Transport Coordinator / Fleet Administrator / Rental Reception / Rental administrator to join their successful business in Gloucestershire / Berkeley / Dursley.

Transport Administrator / Transport Coordinator / Fleet Administrator / Rental Reception / Rental administrator responsibilities:

·Taking hire enquiries via telephone, email and online ordering system
- Hiring and off Hiring of vehicles
- Coordination of vehicles
·Checking availability 
- Telesales and opportunity to source new business
·Dealing with customer complaints and damage
·Dealing with customers professionally and politely, and maximising sales using your product knowledge
·Maintaining health and safety standards within the hire office
·Communicating effectively with other colleagues, and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries

The Transport Administrator / Transport Coordinator / Fleet Administrator / Rental Reception / Rental administrator:

·Previous experience in a customer focused role is a must
·Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general
·You must be outgoing and enthusiastic
·You must have excellent communication skills and a friendly approach are a must
·Time keeping and using your own initiative will be important aspects of the role, so you should be proficient at these skills
