Trainee VDA Estimators

My Client has a vacancy for two candidates who must have gained NVQ level 3 qualifications in either:

• Estimator with 1-3 years experience
• Parts Advisor looking to forward their career as a VDA
• Mechanical, MET, Panel Beating, Prep/Paint and are looking to forward their career as a VDA Estimator

This is a great opportunity and full on site and off site training will be given and we guarantee that the right minded candidates will achieve NVQ level 3 and VDA accreditation, the candidates must be of a smart appearance, have an understanding of IT, be able to communicate professionally with both staff and customers along with work providers. We require self-motivated people who want to move forward with there careers in the Accident Repair industry.

There is an aspect of Parts for the initial part of the role so previous experience is preferred. Previous bodyshop repair experience is fine preferred.

Job Role:

• Hours Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm
• Holidays of 22 days per year plus Bank holidays
• A starting package of between £18,000 - £25,000 per year plus bonus and commissions with three monthly reviews during the training period where the salary will be reviewed
• Full training will be given and all training costs paid
• Staff uniform will be supplied
