Trainee Sales Executive required for main dealership in Wolverhampton
Salary: £14,000pa basic OTE uncapped (average £25,000pa)

Our client is seeking someone from a retail background looking to become a Trainee Sales Executive within a growing team in a highly reputable brand. 

As a trainee sales executive you will look after the customer's sales process from start to finish, maintaining contact throughout the sales and pre delivery process. Working alongside a fantastic team, you will ensure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional. You will manage all sales appointments in a professional manner, ensuring high quality test drive experience and deliver on your sales targets.

Starting on a 6 month guarantee bonus scheme and reduced targets for the first 12 months.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 7:00 / Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm / Every other Sunday 10:30am - 4:30pm (1 day off in lieu)

Sales Executive Skills & Qualifications: 

·Retail experience
·Understanding of the Motor Trade
·A full UK driving licence
·Be a self-motivated and ambitious person who is willing to learn
·Work efficiently under pressure and towards set targets
·Deliver excellent customer service to every customer
