Essential Skills & Qualifications for Trainee Paint Sprayer role:

·One year previous experience
·Be willing to learn new techniques and be a good listener
·Have a genuine interest in the automotive industry

You will be learning how to:

·Mix paint to ensure a perfect match
·Spray painting vehicles
·Quality check on completion ensuring there are no defects
