Trainee Accounts Administrator Job Details
Basic Salary: £24,500
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday - 08:30-17:30

Location: Worthing

Job Responsibilities:
·Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received in line with customer's terms.
·Reconciling invoices paid and to dispatch monthly statements.
·Following up on non-payment and pursue debts.
·Liaising with customers to ensure their accounts are accurate and fully up to date.
·Processing a high volume of supplier invoices.
·Reconciling and paying supplier statements.
·Following up on outstanding invoices.
·Liaising with suppliers to make sure that their accounts are fully up to date.
