TELESALES TEAM LEADER
Telesales Team Leader required for a Car Group in Huntingdon.

Basic Salary: £22,000pa plus BONUS/OTE up to £45,000pa

Our client is seeking a confident, courteous and professional Telesales Team Leader to join their growing team with highly reputable brands.

As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and energising a team of Customers Advisors managing a high volume of telephone calls and enquiries. You will understand how to drive a team to work to high standards, to maximise customer retention, and will be confident in effectively coaching and developing team members.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am till 6:00pm / Saturdays on rota 9:00am till 1:00pm

Skills and Qualifications of a Telesales Team Leader:
·Previous Sales/Telesales experience (1 year minimum)
·Experience in a fast-paced and target driven environment
·Calm
·Methodical
