Showroom Manager required for our dealership client in Fakenham

Basic Salary £27,000pa BONUS & OTE up to £45,000pa

Our client is looking for a Showroom Manager with motor trade experience to join their growing team. You will bge a professional individual, with excellent customer service and brilliant organisation.

Your responsibilities as a Showroom Manager include effectively coordinating all aspects of the customer experience within the showroom environment, guiding Sales Executives with transacting vehicle purchases, as well as managing finance and insurance related elements of purchases. You will also monitor measure, support and review the performances of the Sales Executives. Other duties include managing stock and assisting with forecasting the expected performances of the department.

Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am – 18:00pm / Saturdays 8:30am – 17:00pm

Skills & Qualifications of a Showroom Host & Receptionist

·Confident and polite when meeting customers and extremely customer focused
·Experience within the motor trade
·Polite and presentable, well-kept
·A helpful individual who enjoys interacting with people
·Excellent IT skills
