Motivated and Enthusiastic Shift Manager / Aviation Parts Manager / Parts Manager / Stores Manager / Warehouse Manager / Service Manager / Workshop Manager is required for a successful workshop.

Responsibilities of the Shift Manager / Aviation Parts Manager / Parts Manager / Stores Manager / Warehouse Manager / Service Manager / Workshop Manager:

·To ensure the effective performance of the department, including the management of equipment and resource, to achieve targeted KPIs
·Maintain and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards, to be aware of the Occupational Health & Safety
·Understand and comply with all relevant Company rules, agreements, policies, procedures and with all relevant legislative requirements and codes of practice.
·To effectively manage attendance to maintain an effective labour resource, including the effective control of agency labour in line with the direct headcount budget
·To develop, implement and maintain reports for the operation, e.g. volumes, KPIs and productivity reports, always ensuring the department meets the set productivity target
·Support the LEAN culture on site by seeking improvements within the operation to maximise efficiencies and drive an increase in productivity

Skills and Qualifications of the Shift Manager / Aviation Parts Manager / Parts Manager / Stores Manager / Warehouse Manager / Service Manager / Workshop Manager:

·Proven experience of working in a supervisory or managerial position
·Experience of working within an Operations / Manufacturing /Logistics environment – Automotive / Aviation preferable
·Good communication skills
·Strong attention to detail
·Ability to work without supervision and plan/organise own workload under pressure to meet specific deadlines
·Reporting on KPI’s
·Diagnostic experience
·Initiative to think on your feet when met with difficult situations
·Ability to work as a leader as well as still being part of a team
·Career driven and ambition to hit targets
·Knowledge to help team members to move forward
