Service Technician
Salary up to £23,000pa plus OTE up to £25,000pa
Location: Coventry

We have an exciting for a Level 2 Vehicle Technician, or a newly qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician looking to gain experience within a Main Dealership.

This Dealership is driven to get the customers the best experience possible. All staff are full of energy and enthusiastic about the services they are providing. This Dealership focuses on ensuring staff are given the training and opportunities that they want to fulfil their career.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have Service Technician experience. Someone from a Halfords, Kwik Fit environment will be suitable. If you are newly qualified, this will be a great place to gain Main Dealership experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, enthusiastic and career driven.

Service Technician General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving problems
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Service Technician Essentials;
·From a fast fit background (Halfords, Kwik Fit etc), Newly qualified looking for Main Dealership experience or Service Technician
