Service Team Leader
Basic Salary of £22,000pa plus Bonus/OTE up to £25,000pa
Location: Taunton

We have an amazing opportunity available for an experienced candidate who has experience within the Customer Service and Service department. This role is for a very large, brand Car Dealership and therefore being presentable, professional and working to the highest of standards is necessary at all times. This role is within a Car Dealership so will be faced with a range of different Customers, Vehicles and different requirements. High volume tasks such as booking, upselling, and invoicing will all be part of the role so time efficiency and consistency is key

The ideal candidate will be extremely Customer Focused. You will need to be able to manage and set an example for a team of Service Advisors. This means being approachable, knowledgeable and confident to resolve issues as quickly as possible. To be considered for this role, you must have Car Dealership experience within the Service department and also have experience with using Kerridge.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·Manage a team of Service Advisors
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers
Essentials;
·Outstanding Customer Service Experience
·Experience using Kerridge
·Previous experience within the Service department within a Car Dealership
·Professional and Presentable
