Service / PDI Technician
Salary up to £18,000pa plus Bonus/OTE up to £20,000pa
Location: Newport

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Level 2 Service / PDI Technician to join our highly popular, franchise Dealership. This Dealership is very passionate about the brand they represent and get to know their Customer so they can enhance their experience.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is flexible, a quick learner and works well with structure. There will be lots of learning on the job which means someone who is either from a Dealership or is looking to get into a Dealership will also be suited.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
