SERVICE ADVISOR
Basic Salary - £21,000 + Commission
Working Hours - Full Time
Location - Norwich
 
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and efficient individual to join our highly successful, long established busy centralised Service Call Centre and Customer Services Team at the above location.
 
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Duties include answering and making all inbound and outbound service calls for all of our service departments, controlling and maximising the service bookings, be able to influence and advise whilst offering first-class service
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have great organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team
·No experience is necessary as full training will be given. However, a background within the Service department of a Franchised dealer or Call Centre would be advantageous
·Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
