SERVICE MANAGER
Service Manager required for our automotive client based in Edinburgh.

Basic Salary £35,000pa plus BONUS & OTE

Our client, a highly reputable brand is looking for a driven and friendly Service Manager to join and manage their team, motivating the service department and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority.

As a Service Manager you will need to be a strong performer who is able to monitor managing a small team whilst hitting your own daily target. This will include meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements, along with any other opportunities for up selling products, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.

The Service Manager will maintain the agreed profit contribution to the company, develop the Service Department plans and budgets, whilst organising activities of the Service staff to achieve said plans and budgets and ensure use of material and staff resources. The successful applicant must have excellent customer service as well as previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry, be a quality focused individual and reliable. Working Hours 45 per week

Essential skills & Qualifications of a Service Manager.

·Must have previous experience in the motor industry (8 years minimum) 
·Strong and authoritative characteristics
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Have outstanding customer service
·Ability to thrive within a busy dealership
