SERVICE BOOKING ADVISOR
OTE - £23,600
Basic Salary – £20,000
Working Hours - Mon-Fri 08.00-18.00, 1 in 2 Saturdays 08.00-13.00
Location - Hertford

Vacancy to be filled by an experienced Service Booking Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.

Responsibilities of a Service Booking Advisor
·Make outbound calls to make Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Dealing with complaints

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Booking Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a call centre
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
