SERVICE ADVISOR (Automotive) 
Location: Based in Lincoln
Basic Salary £22,000pa plus to £27,000pa OTE/BONUS

We are recruiting for Service Advisor: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced Service Advisor looking to join a busy team in an established and successful franchise dealership in Lincoln.

As a Service Advisor, you'll help us to deliver industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction. In fact, you'll impress our customers so much with the high-level of service you consistently provide, they won't think about going anywhere else. And, thanks to our high-levels of support and career opportunity, neither will you. 

Making sure our customers are aware of all the available products and services within the service department, you'll provide estimates, book and schedule-in service and repair work and accurately invoice for work carried out. Keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, you'll advise of completion times, any delays and quickly respond to any questions or queries. 

Your main duties will include booking in vehicles, keeping the customer updated and informed of the technicians progress, up selling additional work and accurately invoicing and documenting all work completed.

The ideal Service Advisor candidate will have:

·Motor trade experience is essential
·Working knowledge and understanding of Kerridge/Pinncle/1Link software would be a distinct advantage
·Works well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately
·Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain working relationships with the client base
·The ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
·A flexible approach to time-keeping so customer satisfaction can always be ensured.
·Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details.
