SERVICE ADVISOR

Location: Thurrock
Salary: £22,000pa up to £24,000pa + OTE & BONUS

Working hours:
Monday to Friday (2 weeks rotational)
Week 1 - 06:30AM – 15:30PM
Week 2 - 09:30AM - 16:30PM

My client, one of the UK's largest Commercial/Van Vehicle Franchise Dealers has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor for one of their professional and busy depots. The company prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care at all times and is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. 

Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:

·Urgency - The job requires decisiveness, quick response, and fast action.

Tasks as a Service Advisor: 

·Ensure that customer expectations are met on a daily basis.
·Daily focus on Key Performance Indicators to achieve the required standard.
·Resolve customer related issues in a profession and timely manner, keeping the Senior Service Advisor aware of progression.
·Deliver dealer & manufacturer standards to the customer.
·To be confident in delivering Warranty & R&M and promotional terms and conditions to the customer.
·To confidently explain the details of an invoice / Pro-forma and provide the benefits to the customer of having the vehicle maintained & repaired within a franchised dealer. Actively upselling aftersales opportunities (VHC / Service Care Plans ect, to agreed targets).

Required experience of the Service Advisor:

·Previous Service Advisor role would be preferred in a van environment
·Proven experience in a customer service role would be essential
·Preferred previous experience of working with budgets and statistical data
