SERVICE ADVISOR
Automotive Service Advisor required for a prestige dealership based in Leeds

Basic Salary: £21,000pa plus BONUS/OTE: £29,000

If so - look no further! Our client, a highly reputable dealership is seeking an experienced service advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude to join their strong, reliable team. We want someone who is always energetic and committed to offering excellent customer service.

As an experienced Service Advisor, you will be responsible for taking service department bookings ensuring well-organized workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards of the dealership. This will include meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their requirements, along with any other opportunities for upselling products, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.

For this role, previous service advisor experience within a main dealership / automotive environment is crucial.

Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays (alternate) 8.30am – 12.30pm

Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Service Advisor:

·Must have dealership experience as a service advisor is essential (1 year minimum)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in upselling
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
