SERVICE ADVISOR

Enthusiastic Service advisor required for a thriving Commercial Dealership, located in Worthing.

£20,000 - £24,000 (DOE)

·Are you an experienced commercial service advisor, with the ability to ensure customers leave feeling satisfied and eager to return?
·Are you a strong sales person who understands the importance of up selling, to benefit the customer and the company?

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor has arisen for an extremely successful Commercial Dealership based in West sussex.

This is an opportunity for a service advisor to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through assisting the customer, taking direction and using initiative.

£20,000 - £24,000 (DOE)

Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 18:30
1 in 4 Saturday's paid at overtime rate of £10 per hour! (07:00 - 13:00)

You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be guiding customers and members of your team to ensure the best possible service is received by the customer.

The successful candidate can expect:
·Extensive Progressive Manufacturer training.
·22 annual leave, plus statutory days.
·Company Pension at 3+ months.
·Cycle to Work Scheme available at 3+ months.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for this Service Advisor role:
·Previous experience in a similar role and an extensive knowledge of the auto-motive industry, preferably the commercial franchise dealership side.
·A can-do attitude, an enthusiastic personality and a confidence in your specialised knowledge about the auto-motive industry.
·Flexible and natural approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·An understanding of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle or a similar DMS system.
·Full clean UK Driving Licence (preferred).
