SERVICE ADVISOR

Automotive Service Advisor required for car dealership based in Scottish Borders

Basic Salary: £22,000pa - £24,000pa plus a BONUS/OTE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm / Saturdays (2 in 4) 9am – 2pm

If so - look no further! Our client, a main car dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude to join their hardworking team. We want someone who is energetic and committed to offering quality customer service.

As an experienced Service Advisor, you will be responsible for taking service department bookings ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards. This will include meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements, along with any other opportunities for upselling products, processing invoices and ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.

You must also be a team-player that fits in well with the company ethos and also have the ability to be adaptable and self-motivated when it is required.

 Skills & Qualifications of a Service Advisor:

·Must have dealership experience as a service advisor is essential (1 year minimum)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in upselling products
·Have experience on a front desk of a car dealership
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving License
