SERVICE ADVISOR
Automotive Service Advisor required for main dealership based in Stafford.

Basic Salary: £15,000pa to £22,000pa BONUS/OTE: £26,000

Our client, a productive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude to join their close-knit, meticulous team. We want someone who is dynamic and committed to offering a high-quality customer service.

As a skilled Service Advisor, you will be responsible for taking service department bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected outstanding standards. This role will include meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their requirements, along with any other opportunities for upselling products, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient, professional manner.

For this role, previous service advisor experience within a main dealership and the automotive environment is vital.

Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday / Saturdays (alternate) 8.30am – 12.30pm

Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Service Advisor:

·Must have dealership experience as a service advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in upselling
·Confidence to organise and write up correct invoices
·Be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
