Service Advisor
Salary up to £24,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Cambridge

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor looking to join our popular, high demand brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership are well known for all of their career paths, resources and training. All staff are trained to high standards to ensure their reputation remains at the top.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be a Service Advisor within a Car Dealership. Someone with high volume, customer service experience within a luxury environment will also be considered. The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Service Advisor General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Service Advisor Essentials;
·Service Advisor experience (desired)
·Dealership experience (desired)
·High volume, customer service experience in a luxury environment
·Drive
·Enthusiastic
·Self-motivated
·Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
