Service Advisor
Salary up to £25,000pa plus OTE up to £33,000pa
Location: Exeter

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to join our popular, high demand brand Dealership.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have previous experience as a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be confident, a strong communicator, be very customer focused and organised.

Service Advisor - General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

·Previous Service Advisor experience
