Service Advisor
Basic Salary up to £26000 Pa plus Bonus/OTE
Location : Kidderminster
 
We have a great opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our growing team, at our Dealership.
 
We are looking for someone who has Customer Service experience within a high volume environment. If you are forward thinking, customer focused and take pride in all your work, apply now!
 
General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers' requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use on line system to update all information
·Invoice customers
