Service Advisor
Basic Salary of £19,700pa plus Bonus/OTE up to £24,600pa
Location: Plymouth

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a large, branded Dealership. This opportunity has become available due to the business expanding and becoming more popular and busy. This brand is well known for their Customer Service so it is vital that are always professional and realistic.

The ideal candidate will have come Service Advisor background previously within a Dealership. You will need be able to work in high pressured environments, with an array of different customers. Being organised and abe to multi-task will also be key for this role.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Essentials;
·Previous Service Advisor experience within a Dealership
·Customer Service Professional
·Able to work in high volume environments
