Service Advisor
Salary up to £20,000pa plus bonus/OTE up to £23,000pa
Location: Cardiff

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Dealership. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Advisor within a Dealership, be able to work well within a team, work well within busy working environments and be customer focused.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers
Essentials;
·Previous Service Advisor experience within a Dealership
·Team Player
·Able to work within busy environments
·Customer focused
