Service Advisor (Car Dealership)
Location: Enfield
Salary: £20,000 - £24,0000 BASIC + OTE £32,000pa

Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for a service advisor for a forward thinking brand !

You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment. To qualify for this position you must have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and have experience within a high volume automotive environment.

Service Advisor Duties & Responsibilities

·Understanding the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service.
·Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and time scales involved and setting expectations accordingly.
·Introduce the customer to the appropriate technician to discuss details of the work that is required, where this will add value to the customer.
·Invoice the customer on completion of work. Review invoice with the customer, providing a detailed explanation.
·Be aware of the manufacturers customer satisfaction programme and endeavour to gain the best results achieving at least the company minimum standard.
·Ensure delivery on your extended warranty and service plan sales.
·Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service and up-sell targets.

Service Advisor Skills & Qualifications

·Have at least 2 years' main dealership experience as a service advisor
·Experience working within a high pressured, busy environment
·Be confident in up selling products
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
·A passion for helping delivering a top customer service
·Experience using Kerridge, One Link or Pinnacle or similar DMS system
