Service Advisor
Salary up to £20,000pa plus BONUS/OTE up to £29,000pa
Location: Cardiff

We are working closely with our Dealership to add another Service Advisor to their team. They are looking for someone with lots of Service Advisor Experience, someone who has the potential to manage a team and who works well under pressure.


General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·Potentially manage a team
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers
