Service Advisor
Salary £17,500pa plus BONUS/OTE up to £20,500pa
Location: Telford

Our Client is looking to add a Service Advisor to their team for a minimum of 12 months, with a potential to go fully permanent. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and knowledge of the Motor Industry and how Dealerships work.

If you are interested in gaining experience, widening your knowledge and being with a friendly and well structured team - this role may be for you!

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Essentials;
·Previous Service Advisor experience within the Motor Industry
·Customer Service professional
·Team Player
