Service Advisor
Salary up to £22,000pa
Location: Swindon

We currently have an exciting career opportunity with our Dealership. Our Dealership is a well-established, successful dealership. You will be expected to fully support our After Sales Operation, which will allow us to maintain the best Customer Service experience.

General Duties:
·Telephone Calls
·Greeting Customers
·Efficient daily loading of workshop diary
·Picking all required parts for efficient work flow
·Processing Warrant work efficiently, on time and to the correct standard
·Management of customer follow up through our Service and MOT system
·Continued Customer contact
·Efficient administration of all departmental documents

Essentials:
·Service Advisor experience within the Automotive industry
·Communication skills
·Organised
·Team Player
