SERVICE ADVISOR


Hours of the Service Advisor / Advisor / Administrator / Service Administrator / Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor:
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.00pm, 1 in 6 Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm

Basic Salary - £23,000pa plus bonus

Location - Leicester

Vacancy to be filled by an experienced Service Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Advisor / Administrator / Service Administrator / Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor:

·To encourage feedback on services provided and recognise the changing needs of the service, and make recommendations to the Service Manager for service improvement.
·To participate in the induction and training of new Service Reception Advisors to ensure a high level of up to date knowledge is maintained.
·To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service Reception.
·To give repair estimates and price quotations and offer repair suggestions.
·Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
·Competent in the use of the following IT systems: Voyager, Enterprise and Challenge.
·To have a flexible approach to work commitments.
·To observe Health & Safety regulations at all times.
·To be open and honest.
·To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of this post as required which will be discussed with you.

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor / Advisor / Administrator / Service Administrator / Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor:

·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
