Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on Experience)
Working hours Monday to Friday: 40 Hours + 1 Saturday morning on Rota
My client, one of the UK's Largest Franchise Main Dealer Groups, are looking to employ an experienced Service Advisor / Service Reception / Customer Service Administrator / Service Administrator for their busy state of the art site in Cambridge.
The role of the Service Advisor / Service Reception / Customer Service Administrator is to:
·Report to the After Sales Manager
·Writing up orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
My client is looking for a Service Advisor / Service Reception / Customer Service Administrator that has:
·Excellent communication skills
·Kerridge or One Link experience
·Attention to detail
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
