Location of Service Advisor / Advisor / Service Reception: Milton Keynes

Salary: £24,000 + OTE of £4000.00

Working hours for Service Advisor / Advisor / Service Reception: 45 hours per week

My client, one of the UK's biggest Franchise Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer Groups, are looking to employ an experienced Service Advisor / Advisor / Service Reception for their busy state of the art site in Milton Keynes.


The role of the Service Advisor / Advisor / Service Reception is to:
·Report to the After Sales Manager
·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

My client is looking for a Service Advisor / Advisor / Service Reception that has: 
·Excellent communication skills
·Attention to detail
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
