SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR


Motivated Service Administrator required for a thriving company located in Manchester.

Salary £18,720 - £19,760 (DOE) Hours can be slightly flexible. 2 year fixed contract ending Jan 2021.

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Administrator has arisen for an extremely Successful Commercial Dealership Company in Manchester, starting ASAP!
    

Key Responsibilities for the Successful Service Administrator:

·Record subcontractor deliveries (BOM, ILHS, Wyke) report any damages or missing parts.
·Make bookings for catering and rooms for meetings – liaising both internally and with project team.
·Monitor and record any non-conformances against the Quality System and issue reports against any required corrective and preventative actions.
·Monitor technicians’ time-recording / clocking on/off.
·Scanning various documents for the parts and workshop operation - to the Trucknology system. Prepare document packs for receiving and dispatching vehicles.
·Administration of the Manchester Contract Conversion Schedule.
·Liaising with the PMO Team on collection / delivery of completed vehicles and any scheduling issues that arise.
·Assisting Operations Manager with the monthly contractual Work In Progress Schedule.
·Invoicing, taking calls and emails, obtaining documents and signatures, issuing certificates, and carrying out administration duties whilst enhancing the companies reputation.
·Monitor and liaise with EPLS team.

Must have:

·Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to keep deadlines.
·Ability to interact and build a rapport with internal staff and customers.
·Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
·At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role - maintaining filing systems and records in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
·Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel in particular), Outlook.
·Knowledge of SAP/ESA (an advantage).
·Language: English (required), German (an advantage).
