Location of the Service Advisor / Service Reception / Senior Service Advisor / Service Advisor Team Leader: Norwich

Salary for Service Advisor / Service Reception / Senior Service Advisor / Service Advisor Team Leader: £25,000pa - £30,000 (Senior Service Advisor) + annual bonus of £1950.00 paid quarterly
The Service Advisor will get up to £25,000.00 plus bonus

Working hours for the Service Advisor / Service Reception / Senior Service Advisor / Service Advisor Team Leader will be 40 hours a week shift work


Our client requires an experienced Service Advisor / Service Reception / Senior Service Advisor / Service Advisor Team Leader for their Depot in the Norwich area.
As a Service Advisor / Service Reception / Senior Service Advisor / Service Advisor Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for customers and as such, you'll by an important ambassador for the Group.

Responsibilities as a Service Advisor / Service Reception / Senior Service Advisor / Service Advisor Team Leader is to:

·Writing orders for repair work
·Responsible for the Service Advisors
·Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone
·Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service in line with Group and Manufacturer standards
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Key requirements as a Service Advisor / Service Reception / Senior Service Advisor / Service Advisor Team Leader:

·Excellent communication skills
·Experience as a Senior Service Advisor
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
·Kerridge experience is a clear advantage
·A full valid UK driving licence
·Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent
