Senior Sales Administrator / Fleet Administrator / Rental Administrator / Hire Desk Controller

Our established commercial vehicle dealership are looking for a Senior Sales Administrator to join their team.

Senior Sales Administrator / Fleet Administrator / Rental Administrator / Hire Desk Controller Duties:

·To lead the sales support team
·Proactive process orders
·Ensuring vehicles are at the correct stage to meet customer expectations
·Accurate forecasting
·Maintenance of vehicle stock books
·Overview of all claims
·Review of all stock books
·Producing accurate sales reports
·Holding meetings and reviews
·Identifying staff training needs

Senior Sales Administrator / Fleet Administrator / Rental Administrator / Hire Desk Controller Experience:

·Sales administration experience in the motor trade
·Strong organisational and admin skills
·Supervisory experience preferred
·Good Excel skills
·Works well under pressure
