Basic Salary - £35,000 - £40,000
OTE - £55,000
Location – Northampton

·Are you able to motivate and drive the performance of your sales team?

Our client, a highly successful main dealership is seeking a sales manager for their busy, faced paced dealership based in Northampton.

We are looking for a driven individual with experience of motorcycle sales management. As a sales manager you will be responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products. You will also manage and train members of the sales team and support them to help drive the business forward and sell, all whilst achieving top customer satisfaction for the dealership.

Motorcycle Sales Manager Skills & Qualifications:
·Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a Sales Manager
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·Evidence of managing a team productively
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements within the sales team
·Valid UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
