AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER

Automotive Sales Manager required for main dealership based in Norfolk

Basic Salary: £35,000pa BONUS/OTE: up to £50,000 (Incl. COMPANY CAR!)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm
Saturdays 8.30 – 5pm / Sundays (1 in 3) 11am – 4pm

Our client, a highly successful main dealership is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for their busy, fast-pace dealership based in Norfolk.

We are looking for a career driven individual with experience of car sales management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, maximising sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products. You will also support the sales executives with creating offers, ensuring that vehicle displays are maintained, manage and train members of the sales team and support them to help drive the business forward and sell, all whilst achieving top customer satisfaction for the dealership.

Car Sales Manager Skills & Qualifications:

·Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the motor industry
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·Evidence of productively managing a team
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements within the sales team
·Valid UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
