Our client is seeking an experiences Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be an integral member of the Sales Team.
Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
·Coordinating the administration relating to receiving vehicles into stock,
·Sale of vehicles (including taxing)
·Ordering new vehicles and monitoring the progress of vehicle orders.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have great time management skills. You will have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
Skills and Qualifications
·Must be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems
·IT literate including Kerridge, Cesar, AFRL, Go AMS and Excel
·Good telephone and interpersonal skills
·At least 3 years experience in a similar role with at least 1 continuous year in a similar role.
·Must be numerate, accurate and show attention to detail
·Enthusiastic with a desire to learn all aspects of the accounts/admin function
